Questions come up, problems arise, you find yourself out of sorts. What to do?
Take a deep breath 🙂 It always comes back to breathing. Your breath is your life force, your energy, your prana – as the yogis called it. Your breath will guide you back to your center and connect you with peacefulness.
As you settle into peace you will be able to clearly see the solutions popping up around you. Rather than getting distracted by the problem.
I love that poem by Shel Silverstein – “Sick” It’s all about Little Peggy Ann McKay who could not go to school today. She is so focused on ‘what’s wrong, that she completely misses what day it is. (You can read the poem here.)
How can you let go of your list today? The list that just focuses on the problem.
Can you pause for a moment? Take a deep breath and listen? The solution might just come into focus then.
