Starting Friday, April 1, I will send out a kickoff e-mail to all those who sign up with the form below.  Together we will start a journey towards building a consistent home yoga practice!  E-mails will go out Sunday through Thursday night giving you a “challenge” for the next day.  It might be a sequence of yoga postures – anything from sun salutes to restorative yoga.  Or maybe that day will be a meditation.  Or even just suggestions on how to set up a sacred space to practice your yoga.  The challenges will be set up to take just 5 – 15 minutes out of your day.  Easy Peasy 🙂 with a little spice!


We will gather on my Facebook site and Instagram to share our stories and I will be available in those places to answer questions during our 21 day challenge.  Follow @irenakmiller on Instagram and use the hashtags – #yogachallenge and #yogawithirena to stay connected with us in your Instagram posts! 

By the end of our 21 days together, you will have a rhythm going in your practice and feel much more secure practicing at home!
