? When was the last time you unplugged? And not just from electronics.

During the day it’s so easy to pick up on everyone else’s emotions and thoughts. Then it just ends up polluting head space and causing difficulty in the evening.

? Where is your space holding the dirt? It is vitally important for me to clear the energy in my room and bed, just as important as washing the sheets on a timely basis. Otherwise, as soon as my head hits the pillow, all those wild thoughts and worries from the previous night start to dance in my head.
