Usually, there’s a bigger story behind the feelings that are clashing with the head. The feelings hold helpful information that the head often doesn’t want to make time to listen to. The tricky part is when decisions need to be made and there is no time for a game of back and forth. ?‍♀️

Here is what I share with my clients to help them navigate these hair-pulling moments. Think of it as a feather in your CAP ?

? Create a safe space to chew on it. This doesn’t need a ton of time. But it does require the opportunity to step back from external pressures. And to release other’s opinions.

? Ask for guidance. Move into an objective state and utilize a sacred practice or tool to open a dialogue. Essentially, to have a deeper conversation.

? Pay attention to the signals the body sends.

The body is a fantastic communicator, sending signals on the energy around and within us. Using this system, patterns will be revealed and the clash between the heart and head can be eased.
