COACHING CALLS

Intention for Coaching Calls:  

Quick Training on a Particular Topic & An Opportunity to Ask Your Questions

  • The First 10-15 minutes will be used for training.
  • The Second Portion will be space to answer your questions.
  • There are 3 calls (7/26/16, 8/2/16, & 8/9/16) scheduled for Tuesdays at 7 pm (EST).  No worries if you miss them, they will be recorded.

 

We use Zoom for the coaching calls.  

  1. It’s very easy and friendly to use.  
  2. The biggest piece is downloading the app to your phone, tablet, or computer.  
  3. Follow this link:  HTTPS://ZOOM.US/J/5666936286
  4. You will be walked through the download steps and logged into the coaching call.
  5. When you’ve logged in, you have the opportunity to “Use Video” and “Use Audio”.  If you’d rather be audio only, simply click the Video icon and it will turn your video off.  You will no longer be visible.  You will be able to see me though.
  6. Once you have the app in place, simply use the Quick Link below to access the coaching call.

Shoulder Focus

Day 1 – Energy Boost & Stress Buster (4 mins)

day 2 – Perseverance & commitment (7 mins)

Day 3 – Open Shoulders, Open Heart (25 mins)

 

YOGA PRACTICE WEEK 2:

Focus on the Feet and Ankles

DAY 4 – HAPPY FEET (TENNIS BALL) (11 mins)

Day 5 – Strong Ankles (5 MINS)

DAY 6 – YOGA FOOT FLOW (16 MINS)

 

YOGA PRACTICE WEEK 3:

Hip Focus

Day 7 – YOGA FOR DANCING HIPS (8 MINS)

day 8 – Yoga for Happy Hips (9 mins)

DAY 9 – HIPPY FLOW (24 mins)

  

Coaching with Irena

Here’s what to expect over the next 3 weeks.

  • 9 Yoga Practices (3 a week)

    • Monday and Wednesday – Bite Size Yoga Practice (5-10 minutes to introduce the big concept for the Yoga Flow.)
    • Friday – Yoga Flow (30-45 minute practice incorporating Bite Size Yoga bits)
    • You pick your days to practice.
    • There will be support and accountability in the Private Facebook Group.

  • Private Facebook Group

    • You have direct access to me and can ask your yoga questions with ease.
    • This is a secret group that only the yogis in the coaching group will have access to.
    • Practicing with a group of people makes it fun and motivating.
    • Develop life long friendships across the globe!
    • The inspiration that comes from being part of curious, open, and enthusiastic seekers.

  • Live Online Coaching Call (once a week)

    • You will be given a link to the online meeting room.
    • You can see me and the others in the group (You have the option to block video, and mute yourself).
    • Calls will be 45-60 minutes long.
    • My goal is to record them, so if you can’t be on live, you can watch them later.
    • Intention for these calls is to ask questions and receive answers.
