I Am making a difference in these women’s lives.
I Am laying down the pathway for them to build their empires.
I Am changing the world.
I Am a Light to Others.
I Am making it possible for women to unfold and make their dreams come true.
I Am Speaking My Truth.

3 Count Inhale/4 Count Exhale
Remember as you inhale the Universe has just exhaled. As you exhale, the Universe inhales. You are loved and supported in pursuing your heart’s biggest dreams!!!
At the End of Day
Clear Your Space
Let go of everyone else’s thoughts, opinions, and energy. Just like taking a shower to help you feel more like yourself.
Great for a break before dinner
When you’re exhausted and need to re-energize quickly. And you won’t feel groggy like you do when you wake up from a nap.
Yoga Nidra
Use this deep restorative practice of Yoga Nidra, also known as Yogi’s sleep, to get an energy boost in just 25 minutes.
If you find yourself lacking energy, not sleeping well, or just feeling totally drained this will be the best practice you could give yourself. After a Yoga Nidra practice, you will feel deeply rested and your energy restored. It’s even better than a power nap!!!
During the Yoga Nidra, you’re not meant to sleep. Instead you go right to that edge between being awake and asleep. There, you will go into a deep meditative state. Guided into a full body relaxation, visualization, and breath work.
Grab a comfy place to lie down!
Before Bed or When you Wake Up
Draw a Tic-Tac-Toe Box
