Green Juicing
Why juice?
Imagine being able to get a super boost of energy and micronutrients that most of us our lacking, from a bright neon green drink! And with the juicing the vitamins, enzymes, and minerals are already broken down, so they start working for you right away! Talk about a great way to jump start your engines!

Green Juice doesn’t replace my normal veggies, instead it adds to it.
Irena’s Favorite Green Juice
- 1 Cucumber
- 1-2 Celery Stalks
- 1 Apple
- 1 inch piece of ginger root
- 2 Romaine Lettuce Leaves
- 3 Kale Leaves
- A Healthy Pinch of Cayenne 🙂
Simply place everything in the juicer, sprinkle a little cayenne on it when done, and enjoy your drink!
Quick tip – I usually start with the more water filled veggies first, like cucumber and then alternate in the leafy greens.
