This practice is for when your mind keeps going, your legs are tired, and you just want to be able to get a decent night’s sleep.
It’s wonderful to do before bed to help calm your mind and get you ready for bed.

- Restorative Yoga for a Restful Night’s Sleep
TIME:
- 15 minutes
props:
- 2 blocks (optional – you could use tissue boxes, pillows, or books)
- 1 blanket or towel (optional – for under your hips with legs up the wall)
