The Flame Within Meditation is continuing with the theme of opening yourself to answers and solutions.  

Use the flame as a focal point to draw you into your heart center.  

Feel yourself surrounded in warmth, understanding, and knowing. 

Allow the answers to bubble to the surface and gather them in a journal.

Have fun with this and most importantly be playful! 🙂
