Focus:  Lower Back – Tummy Toners

Time: 8 minutes

Props: None required

Theme:  “Kindness to those who are happy.”

 

DAY 2

Focus:  Stabilize Lower Back – Outer Hips/Inner Thighs

Time: 9 minutes

Props: Chair, towel or blanket

Theme:  “Compassion for those who are less fortunate.”

Focus:  Loving Kindness Meditation – Metta

Theme:  Cultivate the garden of your heart.

Focus:  Happy Lower Back Flow
