Intention:  

  • Happy Shoulders – recovery from leaf raking, pumpkin lifting, and general stress.
  • Release tight wrists – fabulous for getting an early start on writing holiday cards or throwing footballs! Hello family flag football game post Thanksgiving! Or there’s always the mash potato savasana! 
  • Open Chest and Shoulders – boost your energy and immune system.

 

TIME:

  • 7 minutes

  • Chair or counter
  • Yoga block or Full tissue box (optional)
