Intention:
- Happy Lower Back – recovery from leaf raking
- Build Strong Legs for pumpkin lifting
- Release tight sides and increase reach for apple picking
- Increased Stamina for fall hikes

props:
- Wall or baseboard to place the outer edge of your foot against. It’s not absolutely necessary, just adds a nice bonus stretch.
